Westminster City Partnership

 Welcome

The Westminster City Partnership (WCP) is a partnership between Westminster City Council, other public sector agencies, voluntary and community sectors, local businesses, regeneration partnerships and residents’ groups.

‘By working together we can shape our city’s future’

The WCP works for and with Westminster’s communities to improve quality of life and well being across the City of Westminster.

The WCP is about bringing local agencies and individuals together, taking a co-ordinated approach to tackling the factors that impact on quality of life. The WCP is also committed to working with external and regional organisations and central government to promote Westminster’s interests.

 The Westminster City Partnership's commitment

In ten years time we want Westminster to be the best city to live, work and visit in the UK: a vibrant city with great quality of life, strong, united communities and excellent services, offering real opportunities for everyone to achieve a better future.

To ensure we make a real difference to Westminster, we are committed to:

·          Tackling the economic, environmental and social factors that impact on quality of life and well being in an integrated and sustainable way.

·          Setting a shared vision to shape the city’s future and agreeing priorities to achieve our vision.

·          Involving local people and organisations in solutions that increase well being in Westminster.

·          Bringing together public, private, voluntary and community sectors to take a co-ordinated approach to improving quality of life for all who live, work or visit the city.

·          Working with external and regional organisations and central government to promote Westminster’s interests.
